I enjoy shopping through Maramwesta as they often have a great selection of products with good sale prices. They also allow you to use a four payment installment plan through Klarna, which is very helpful during the holiday season. Shipping is very quick. I realised that I had ordered the wrong size of boots and I contacted Customer Service who advised me to cancel and reorder. This was a simple process and I was not charged the cancellation fee and was quickly refunded my payment. I was very pleased with the overall service and my boots arrived within a few days. I love that you guys ship fast only thing I don’t like is the way the package says your company name which is good for business but it should have a option for a regular box only bc people be stealing!! I also think you guys should have a service line for orders when it comes to sizing but Everything else works for me!!!

MaryamWest is my new favorite for luxury items. I love that a lot of the selections are the European Collections. Pricing is fair and if you find something you love…order it because there is a good chance it could sell out quickly. Everything I have ordered to date ships from Milan with DHL and once it’s picked up…it’s on my doorstep 5 to 7 days later. Fast International delivery!

This was my first experience shopping at Maryam West. I purchased two pair of shoes. The shipping was speedy. One of the shoes needed to be returned and they actually sent the company to the house to pick up the return, total convenience. I then purchased the next size. They offer full refunds and the merchandise is perfect. I highly recommend and would shop there again.

My item came quickly and without fuss. The day after making my purchase, the item went on sale. The customer service team were helpful and timely in refunding the initial purchase so that I could order my item at the discounted price. I was concerned after reading bad reviews but this was not my experience. The price was also great! Very happy!

So far so good. The one thing I really really like is that you can see your item coming from Italy in the tracking which lets me know my item is authentic. I really love that! Plus the prices are really good even though some items are about the same price as the designer website; and in that case I’d just buy it from the designer’s website.
