At www.maryamwesta.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order arrival date. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in new and unused condition. If the item(s) meet our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once refund is issued it take between 5 to 10 working days to arrive, this depends on the bank’s country you’re with.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your item(s) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
